With many people choosing alternative plans and staying home than what they would normally do for the holidays, Zoom has announced it will lift the typical time restrictions for all free accounts during Christmas, New Year and Kwanza. And has already done so for the last day of Hanukkah.
Zoom offering this time extension can help those missing their loved ones, friends and family to feel that connection and holiday spirit. Normally a free account has a 40-minute limit, with the holidays in mind, a time extension is offered!
Dates and times for unlimited Zoom meetings:
- 10 AM ET Wednesday, December 23 to 6 AM ET Saturday, December 26
- 10 AM Eastern Wednesday December 30 to 6 AM ET on Saturday Jan 2
No need to fret on any instructions or steps to remove the time limit! It will automatically lift during these designated times.
